First, we assess our customers' business, calculating their volume, space and service frequency to choose the appropriate and cost-effective equipment necessary. The most common types of equipment include compactors, balers and hampers.

Material is either collected from drop-off centers; customers can deliver it to us or call the 24-hour dispatch line for pickup. We maintain and repair our truck fleet in-house to help eliminate downtime. Three types of trucks are used to make customer pickup, which include roll-off container trucks, straight trucks and tractor trailers.

Our experienced staff and office support provides detailed monthly and annual reporting in accordance with state and municipal requirements. ZBI monitors, evaluates and changes the systems as needed. We ensure compliance with all federal, state and local environmental regulations.
